Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment has been especially reserved for you. As a courtesy to other guests and provider, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee.

Downtown Galveston parking is metered and patrolled regularly.
You have the option to:
Pay at the meter station (corner of Mechanic and 24th Street)
or download the mobile App PayByPhone (Location #5689).
Alternatively, a limited number of Free 2 hour parking spaces are available on 25th Street (also known as Rosenberg St).
Return Policy:
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for spa credit to be used towards a future treatment or retail product. In the event that the retail product is defective, we will exchange the product within 14 days of purchase.
